Pasta a la Cat

It seems like lately I'm always talking to my friends about trying to find good recipes for dinner.  So I decided I would share one once in awhile on here (and hope that some of my friends do the same on their blogs!).  You all know I'm not really a cook and have only recently taken over cooking dinners, but every once in awhile I find something that I really enjoy making - and when it turns into something that both Chris and I like it's even more exciting!  This past week at the grocery store I saw a bag of mixed primavera veggies so I grabbed it and some chicken (I buy cheater chicken - the perdue short cuts).  I steamed the vegetables, warmed the chicken and cooked some spaghetti noodles.  I just added some olive oil and garlic pepper, Chris added parmesan cheese and italian herbs as well as the olive oil and garlic pepper.  It was really easy and we both enjoyed it.  We're thinking it might be good with some kind of white sauce as well.  The other great thing was that it was the perfect size for the just the two of us.

Since I still don't think of you as "Cat" I read the whole story wondering what the hell a cat had to do with the recipe.

whatever, you are SUCH the cook. I remember our pig out days in Snow Hall. Was it your or Kathy that did the hollandaise sause for my first artichokes EVER? Good recipe though!
