It's so hard to believe that Lauren is 3 months old! It's crazy to think I've gone 3 months without a full night of sleep! She is getting better, but she still gets up once or twice a night and she hasn't learned to put herself to sleep. I have to remind myself every day that it's okay because she was a preemie and is still so little. She is, at least, sleeping on her own now. The congestion and reflux have calmed down enough she doesn't need to be held vertically every night in order to sleep! Which means that Chris and I get a lot more sleep and I can get some things done during nap time.
She now weighs 9lbs - double her birth weight! The nurses at the breast feeding support group we go to would tease me because I was so anxious for her to reach that goal, but as long as babies double their birth weight by 6 months, they're fine. So she's doing great!
She's babbling more every day and has now rolled over from her tummy to her back. And we just love her more every day!
